Registering for online services

We offer patients aged 16 years and over the opportunity to register for online acces via the Internet which allows patients to book, cancel or amend GP appointments, order repeat prescription items and to view a summary of information held in their medical record relating to medication, allergies and adverse reactions.  This is in co-operation with EMIS, our computer system supplier and is called ‘EMIS On-Line Access’.

To register for this service, you must attend the surgery and bring a photo proof of identity with you. For example, driving licence, passport, student card or a proof of address in the form of a current utility bill. You will be given a registration letter from our receptionist who will go through the EMIS Access guidance with you.

Once you have a registration letter, create your account with EMIS Access here.  You will be required to use a password to set up your account.  It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and to remember it.  The practice will not have access to your account and if you forget your password you will no longer be eligible to be registered for EMIS Access.
